Position: US IT Recruiter

Experience Required: 5–6 months of experience in US IT recruitment

Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic US IT Recruiter who can proactively engage with IT professionals, generate candidate interest, and build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with cold calling, candidate outreach, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls and outreach to IT professionals regarding job opportunities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Pitch available opportunities and understand candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with candidates.
- Screen candidates and assess their interest, availability, and suitability for roles.
- Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




- Meet daily/weekly call, submission, and recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity reports.

Requirements:

- 5–6 months of experience in US IT recruitment/candidate engagement.
- Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with candidates.
- Basic understanding of US IT staffing processes and technologies.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
