About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and proactive Store In charge to manage store and inventory operations at our construction site in Puri. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, hardworking, and ready to take ownership of site store management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward & outward material movement with proper documentation and keeping records of assets movement on different sites.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports
- Ensure timely availability of construction materials at site
- Coordinate with procurement, vendors, and site engineers
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Ensure proper storage, safety, and handling of materials
- Minimize wastage, loss, and pilferage
- Maintain GRNs, issue slips, and stock registers
- Ensure store discipline, cleanliness, and organization

Requirements





- 3–8 years of experience in store/inventory management (construction preferred)
- Knowledge of construction materials like cement, steel, electrical items, etc.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and inventory tracking
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently at site

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
