- Develop scientific conference agenda including sessions, tracks, and scheduling
- Manage abstract submission, review process, and integration into program
- Identify and onboard keynote speakers and scientific experts
- Coordinate speaker communication, contracts, and presentation requirements
- Drive delegate acquisition through targeted outreach and campaigns
- Manage registration systems and maintain delegate databases
- Coordinate international delegate support including invitation letters and queries
- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities aligned with conference themes
- Create sponsorship packages and manage proposal pitching and negotiations
- Ensure delivery of agreed sponsor benefits and branding commitments
- Acquire exhibitors and sell exhibition booth spaces (physical/virtual)
- Manage exhibitor onboarding, requirements, and booth allocation




- Coordinate exhibition floor plan and technical setup requirements
- Track acquisition pipelines for speakers, delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors
- Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams for outreach campaigns
- Maintain stakeholder communication and ensure timely follow-ups
- Support end-to-end execution of international scientific conferences
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Environmental Sciences / Life Sciences graduates
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience eligible

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
