Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Recruiting Team Lead.



The Recruiting Team Lead will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with hiring, technical recruiting, team management, communication, and team leadership.

Qualifications

- Hiring and Technical Recruiting skills
- Should be Target Oriented
- Passion for Recruitment
- Team Management and Communication skills
- Team Leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and build robust relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Experience with recruiting software and tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
