Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for an Admission Officer - UG | PG at Aimlay Pvt Ltd, located in New Delhi. The Admission Officer will be responsible for managing the admissions process for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Daily tasks include evaluating applications, guiding prospective students through the admissions process, communicating with applicants, handling documentation, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admission process.

Qualifications

- Lead and manage the Admission Support Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with universities for admission processes, documentation, and requirements.
- Assist students with admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and course selection.




- Respond to student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain and update student admission records accurately.
- Provide guidance on admission policies and resolve any queries.
- Ensure compliance with university admission guidelines and deadlines.
- Work closely with internal departments to improve admission services and processes.
- Experience: 2-5 years in Admission Support or Student Counselling (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Problem-solving attitude with excellent coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
