Job Description
- Plan and execute job fairs and recruitment drives, including scheduling and logistics

Build and maintain robust relationships with corporate partners for hiring collaborations

Conduct demand aggregation by collecting workforce requirements from companies

Perform candidate curation and matching based on specific job requirements

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and placements

Prepare reports on employer engagement and placement outcomes

Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including vendor coordination
