Creating V-Disks from PvS servers 7.15 / Citrix App Layer 4.9. • Maintaining the health of the Citrix farm and all infrastructure components in XenDesktop 7.15 farm. • Hands on experience and understanding on storefront 3.12 and Citrix Director tool 7.15 • Creating and maintaining Citrix policies and Citrix load balancing rules. Knowledge in Installing/Configuring Citrix XenApp Server on Microsoft Windows Server 2008. • Worked on several published applications issues and having hands on experience on troubleshooting the issues. Hands on experience on troubleshooting Citrix Access gateway 11.1. • Implementing group policy in AD. Independently resolve tickets within SLA Adheres to standard operating procedures / work instructions Provides inputs to modify/update/design standard operating procedures / work • Basic knowledge on VMware 6.0 and manage the VDI desktop environment • Managing Netscaler 11 MPX and GSLB • Citrix DAAS / Citrix XenApp & Xen desktop & Cloud / MCS & PVS / Hypervisor/ NetScaler /FSLogix/Wintel
