Thathwaa Communications Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for design, user experience, and branding, with the ability to create intuitive digital interfaces and engaging visual content. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and the marketing team to design up-to-date web and mobile applications, along with creative assets for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Conduct user research and convert business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Design responsive interfaces following modern UI/UX standards.
- Create branding materials including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, flyers, and marketing collateral.
- Develop icons,



illustrations, design systems, and reusable UI components.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Maintain consistency across all digital products and branding materials.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and design best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and user journeys.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or basic animation.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
