Job Requirements

- Responsible for implementing the Safety Management programs.

- Carrying out OHS Risk assessment and initiating corrective & preventive measures

- Should have a thorough knowledge & hands on exposure to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards for sustaining and improving the OHS management system in place.

- Hands on exposure to Accident and incident investigation and analysis - recording, reporting. investigation, corrective measures and analysis of trends

- Identifying, conceptualizing, and implementing improvements related to OHS

- Hands on experience of Monitoring & measurement of OHS performance

- Developing training modules. E-learning tools and Training of personnel in EHS topics

- Hands on experience of 5s, Hazard identification and Risk assessment and minimization measures is essential

- Knowledge of statutory and legal requirements related to OHS is essential





- Hands on experience on safety committee, Permit to work, safety competitions, PPE’S, Handling of contractors, Handling of vendors, Construction site safety are desirable

- Should have carried out EHS audits, Internal audits and fluent in communication with employees

- Should be conversant with data compilation, interpretation, analysis, presentation and management reporting

Work Experience

- Working experience in ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards.

- Should have exposure to Retail safety Audits

- Should have expertise in training personnel and driving Safety initiatives

- Should have knowledge of legal & other requirements related to EHS
