*We are looking for a creative, self-driven content enthusiast who can help us grow our social media presence through engaging content, storytelling, and community building.*

### Internship Structure

*Month 1 (Remote Trial Period)*

* Fully remote

* *Trial internship period*

* *Raw content, product photos, and brand inputs will be provided*

* Candidate will be evaluated based on consistency, creativity, ownership, and quality of execution

*Month 2 & Month 3*

* Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

* Remote work with occasional in-person collaboration

*From Month 4 Onwards*

*Continued stipend

*Performance-based incentives linked to growth milestones

*Prospect to transition into a long-term Social Media Executive role based on performance

### Key Responsibilities

*You will be responsible for Content Creation & Publishing, Content Planning, Community Growth and Performance Tracking:*

* Edit and publish *1 Instagram Reel daily* (approximately 30 reels per month)

* Post *4–5 Instagram Stories daily*

* Create engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs using AI tools where appropriate

* Maintain a content calendar and plan content in advance





* Support small social media campaigns and engagement activities

* Track content performance and suggest improvements

* Coordinate closely with the founders and own the content function end-to-end

* Ensure all content is reviewed and approved before publishing

### Content Requirements

* Daily posting consistency is mandatory

* Focus on authentic and organic audience growth

* Understanding of Instagram trends, storytelling, and engagement tactics

* Ability to repurpose content creatively from raw videos and images provided

### Skills Required

* Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva, etc.)

* Understanding of Instagram growth and content strategy

* Strong written English for captions and storytelling

* Familiarity with ChatGPT and AI tools for content ideation

* Self-driven, organized, and reliable

### Hybrid Requirement

After the initial period, the intern should be available to visit the founders' location *1–2 times per week* for content shoots and planning sessions.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
