Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a keen eye for detail, and the technical expertise to transform raw footage into compelling content. This role will involve working on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, corporate videos, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, high-quality videos that meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams, including producers, directors, and graphic designers, to develop engaging video content for various platforms.
- Storytelling: Use editing techniques, music, sound, and graphics to create compelling narratives that capture the intended message and audience's attention.
- Post-Production: Manage color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics as needed to enhance the final product.
- Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- File Management: Organize and manage video files and project libraries, maintaining an efficient workflow and archiving system.
- Feedback Incorporation: Make revisions based on feedback from clients, creative directors, or other stakeholders.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest editing software, video trends,



and techniques to keep work fresh and creative.
- Quality Control: Review and ensure final video output meets technical specifications and project goals.

Key Qualifications:

- Experience: 3-8 years of experience in video editing, preferably within a creative agency, production company, or media organization.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and basic knowledge of color grading and sound design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects and editing styles.
- Creativity: A keen eye for storytelling, composition, and design, with an ability to adapt to various video styles and client needs.
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects effectively.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and present ideas.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
