We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to managing the interview lifecycle and finalizing competitive job offers. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening our employer brand and building sustainable talent pipelines for our future organizational growth.Key

Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles across various business units

.Proactive Sourcing: Leverage job boards, qualified networks, social media, and portfolio platforms to engage active and passive candidates.

Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with hiring managers to define role profiles, identify ideal candidate personas, and align on hiring timelines.

Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screening calls, technical assessments, and structured interviews to evaluate skill alignment and corporate culture fit.

Pipeline Management: Build and maintain an active talent community for recurring and future resource vacancies.





Data & Analytics: Track metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel efficiency to optimize recruitment operations.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the entire evaluation loop.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate or agency recruitment experience as a Recruiter or TA Specialist.

Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Keka or Workday,

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels

Negotiation: Proven track record of handling complex compensation negotiations and formulating competitive employment offers.

Sourcing Skills: Expertise in advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean logic search and target networking.

Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
