Position: Senior MIS Executive
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on current/previous salary, experience, and skills)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior MIS Executive who can manage large datasets, automate reports, create executive dashboards, and prepare professional business presentations. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and reporting automation, with the ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc MIS reports for management.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Develop automated reporting solutions using advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Pivot.
- Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Prepare high-quality management presentations (PPT) for leadership meetings.
- Generate business reports with charts, KPIs, and executive summaries.
- Maintain data accuracy, validation, and consistency across multiple databases.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, Finance, Sales, and Management teams for reporting requirements.
- Automate repetitive reporting processes to improve productivity.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and visualization.
- Create monthly business reviews and management reports.
- Monitor operational KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Support strategic planning through data-driven recommendations.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports with complete accuracy.

Experience

- 3–6 years of experience in MIS, Business Reporting, or Data Analytics.
- Experience handling large datasets and executive reporting.
- Prior experience in BPO, IT Services, Telecom, Automobile, or Operations reporting will be preferred.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc., MBA, or any equivalent discipline.
- Relevant certifications in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or Data Analytics are an added advantage.
