Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company services and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Generate quality leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects via calls and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Update customer information and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer support.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Graduate or Postgraduate (Any Stream).

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email & Internet).
