Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled TGT Teacher for English to join our dynamic team at OASIS RESIDENTIAL PUBLIC SCHOOL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling English classes for students in grades 6 to 10, employing progressive teaching methods that facilitate effective learning and overall development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Curriculum Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, schedules, and learning materials aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Select and utilize a variety of teaching resources to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Student-Centric Approach:
- Analyze the needs, interests, strengths, and weaknesses of students to tailor lesson plans accordingly.
- Maintain a weekly academic work log to track student progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Progress Monitoring:
- Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback to ensure academic growth.
- Communicate with the school principal and coordinators regarding students who may require additional support.
- Quality Assessment:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials and propose relevant learning aids to enhance the learning experience.
- Professional Development:
- Attend school meetings, staff training sessions,



conferences, and other continuous learning programs to stay updated on educational best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Proven experience as a TGT Teacher with a focus on English and Social Studies.
- Strong understanding of progressive teaching methods and curriculum development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching techniques to address diverse learning styles.
