Roles & Responsibilities: To visit customer for Demo/Services/Installation & commissioning. To recommend the spares to customer. To complete the task in particular time line. To complete the site within particular budget. To satisfy customer on the product supplied by TIPL. To complete the invoices according to PO. To report site issue to DSIC Head if applicable. To submit the MoM to DSIC head for records & invoicing. To get the performance certificate from customer regarding the services provided by TIPL.

The key role of this job is to visit site for installation, Commissioning, Servicing & Demo of TIPL products at site. To ensure the projects are completed in particular time & particular budget. To ensure the reputation of TIPL in front of customer. To promote other TIPL products in front of customer. To ensure profitability of TIPL by recommending spares & to offer our services. To work up to customer satisfaction.
