We are looking for an experienced Apache Superset Developer with strong expertise in business intelligence, monitoring dashboards, and data visualization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Apache Superset, Tableau, Kibana, Elasticsearch, SQL, and modern data platforms. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards while ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability of analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement monitoring and reporting solutions based on business and client requirements.
- Build, configure, and customize Apache Superset dashboards to visualize business KPIs and operational metrics.
- Integrate Apache Superset with multiple data sources, including Trino, Hive, MinIO (S3-compatible storage), and other SQL-based platforms.
- Develop optimized and complex SQL queries to analyze large-scale datasets.
- Monitor dashboard performance and optimize queries for scalability and efficiency.
- Investigate production issues, identify root causes, troubleshoot problems, and implement permanent fixes.
- Configure alerts and monitoring dashboards to proactively detect anomalies and system issues.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Kibana for operational and business insights.
- Create advanced search queries, filters, aggregations, and visualizations in Kibana.
- Design and manage Elasticsearch indices, mappings, and data models for effective indexing and fast search performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.




- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements related to availability, scalability, and overall platform efficiency.
- Maintain technical documentation, dashboard configurations, and deployment procedures.

Required Experience

- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Dashboard Development.
- Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries for large-scale datasets.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise dashboards using Apache Superset.
- Experience with Kibana and Elasticsearch for log analytics and visualization.
- Experience integrating BI tools with up-to-date data platforms such as Trino, Hive, and S3/MinIO.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, indexing, aggregations, and performance optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Grafana or other monitoring platforms is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of distributed data architectures and big data ecosystems.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
