We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who can convert leads into customers and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our vehicle inspection services.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers until closure.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
- Coordinate with the operations team for inspection scheduling.
- Achieve Weekly, monthly sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, telesales, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English. Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong follow-up and closing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM or lead management tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined.
Preferred Candidates
- Candidates with prior experience in the automobile industry (car dealerships, automotive service centres, used car sales, insurance, vehicle finance, or related fields) will be given preference.
- Passionate about sales and customer service.
- Confident in handling objections and closing deals.
- Positive attitude with a strong desire to achieve targets.
