Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Assistant to maintain the cleanliness of the office and handle daily field-related office tasks. The ideal candidate should be punctual, physically fit, and willing to travel locally for official work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain the office premises daily, including workstations, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
- Serve tea/coffee and drinking water to staff and visitors when required.
- Purchase office supplies and pantry items as instructed.
- Visit banks, government offices, courier offices, vendors, and client locations for official work.
- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials.
- Assist with photocopying,



filing, scanning, and other general office support tasks.
- Handle any additional office-related duties assigned by the management.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th Pass.
- Should know Kannada language.
- Prior experience in office assistance, housekeeping, or field work is an advantage.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to travel locally for office-related work.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

Working Hours: 9:30Am - 7Pm.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
