We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence, develop compelling content, engage with our audience, and drive brand growth across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social trends, have a deep understanding of brand tone, and bring innovative ideas to increase engagement and build a loyal online community.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy Development:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor trends, analyze competitors, and identify opportunities to enhance our social media presence.
- Content Creation:
- Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (including images, videos, stories, and written posts).
- Ensure content reflects brand tone and is tailored to platform-specific audiences.
- Community Engagement:
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Foster and manage conversations to build a solid online community.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, followers, conversions).
- Generate monthly reports with insights and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, content,



and creative teams to align campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other external stakeholders as needed.
- Platform Management:
- Manage day-to-day operations on social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and tools to maximize reach and engagement.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools (like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social), and social media best practices.
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and results-focused with a passion for social media trends.
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
