About the Role
We are seeking analytically driven Chartered Accountants to join the Firm’s Forensic & Investigations practice. This role is designed for freshly qualified Chartered Accountants as well as professionals with up to three (3) years of relevant experience looking to gain structured exposure to forensic reviews, financial investigations, regulatory proceedings, dispute support, and white-collar litigation matters.

The role offers significant learning opportunities across complex investigation and compliance engagements, with close mentorship from senior professionals handling financial, regulatory, and enforcement-related matters.

The selected professional shall ordinarily be involved in:

- Assisting in forensic reviews, financial investigations, and analytical review assignments involving financial records, bank statements, ledger data, transaction trails, and supporting documentation;

- Supporting investigations, regulatory proceedings, dispute support assignments, and matters involving financial irregularities, compliance reviews, and enforcement actions;

- Assisting in transaction tracing, fund flow analysis, evidence compilation, factual analysis, chronology preparation, and review of complex financial transactions;

- Preparing working papers, analytical summaries, transaction flow notes, investigation documentation, and case-related materials;





- Supporting due diligence exercises, compliance reviews, financial verification assignments, and review of financial and regulatory records;

- Conducting research on financial, regulatory, accounting, and legal frameworks relevant to investigation and dispute-related matters;

- Assisting in the preparation of factual summaries, regulatory response inputs, investigative reports, and supporting documentation for litigation and regulatory proceedings;

- Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders for information gathering, document collection, data collation, and matter support requirements;

- Working closely with senior forensic, regulatory, and dispute professionals as part of structured mentorship and learning initiatives; and

Maintaining confidentiality, documentation discipline, accuracy, and professional standards across all assignments and engagements.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified

• 0-3 years experience. Freshers with strong academic background may also apply.

Preferred Background
• Strong academic record and analytical aptitude
• Demonstrated interest in forensic investigations, white-collar matters, regulatory proceedings, or financial compliance work
• Basic understanding of financial statements, transaction flows, and financial documentation preferred
• Prior exposure through articleship, internships, employment, or assignments in forensic, audit, compliance, risk advisory, or litigation support would be an added advantage.
