Roles & Responsibilities

* Contact students and explain our training programs and internships.

* Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and referrals.

* Follow up with prospective students and convert them into enrollments.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with students.

* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

* Maintain accurate records of leads in the CRM or Excel.

* Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams.

Eligibility

* Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline).

* Excellent communication skills in English and Telugu.

* Basic computer knowledge.





* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Benefits

* CTC: ₹20,000 per month

* Basic Salary: ₹10,000 per month

* Performance Incentives: Based on admissions and target achievement
