Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles within the automotive sector, including engineering, manufacturing, sales, and management positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with automotive clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Job Posting: Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone screenings, assess candidate qualifications, and present top candidates to clients.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing necessary preparation and feedback.
- Offer Management: Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to advise clients and candidates strategically.
- Reporting:



Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 0-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of the automotive sector and its specific hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
