About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Executive to manage hosting-related billing operations and support activities. Candidates with basic knowledge of websites, web servers, and databases are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage hosting billing activities, including suspension, cancellation, and payment verification.
- Configure Shared Hosting, VPS, and other hosting services.
- Monitor vendor billing and daily charges.
- Handle client billing-related queries.
- Maintain billing records and reports.

Requirements

- B.Sc. IT, BCA, BE/B.Tech, or candidates with basic web technology knowledge.
- Understanding of websites, web servers, hosting concepts, and databases.
- Positive written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Must have a personal PC/Laptop and reliable internet connection for hybrid work requirements.

Rotational Shift Details

- 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM
- 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM

Weekly Off

Sunday Fixed Off

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
