About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and computer-savvy Computer Operator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and are eager to learn. Along with handling day-to-day computer operations, you will assist with customer communication and support basic sales activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily computer operations and maintain accurate digital records.
- Enter, update, and verify data with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Manage emails, online portals, and company software.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat professionally.
- Support the sales team by maintaining customer information and following up with leads when required.
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation.
- Learn and use new software, CRM systems, and productivity tools.
- Complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently and on time.

Required Skills





- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge and fast typing speed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Comfortable using internet applications and online software.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team-player mindset.
