Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with experience in order processing, retail operations, and managing domestic as well as international e-commerce platforms. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho, along with strong coordination and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
- Process and monitor customer orders from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier partners for smooth dispatch and delivery.
- Handle domestic and international e-commerce order processing.
- Maintain product listings, inventory updates, pricing, and stock management across platforms.
- Monitor returns, refunds, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and maintain service quality standards.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts team for order reconciliation and reporting.




- Stay updated with marketplace policies, promotions, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations and retail.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho.
- Knowledge of domestic and international order processing.
- Good understanding of inventory management and logistics coordination.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in handling online marketplace advertising/promotions.
- Knowledge of courier aggregators and shipping platforms.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.
