- Damage Assessment: Evaluate collision damage and review repair estimates to ensure all structural and cosmetic issues are identified.
- Panel Repair & Replacement: Hammer out dents, weld or bond replacement panels, and use specialized pneumatic tools for structural alignment.
- Surface Preparation: Sand, fill, and prime damaged areas to prepare them for an even, seamless paint job.
- Compliance: Follow all environmental, health, and safety laws regarding toxic materials and ensure the proper use of protective gear.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep all workshop tools, welding equipment, and spray booths in optimal working condition
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
