The Lead Architect will spearhead the design vision and execution strategy for the prestigious Three ICC luxury high-rise development in Dadar, Mumbai. This role demands mastery in architectural design, stakeholder coordination, and integration of advanced digital technologies to deliver world-class residences for affluent clientele.

- Design Leadership: Define and oversee architectural concepts, ensuring alignment with luxury standards, sustainability goals, and regulatory codes.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with developers, structural engineers, façade consultants, MEP specialists, contractors,



and interior designers to harmonize priorities.

- Digital Integration: Champion BIM, digital twin, and cloud collaboration platforms for seamless multi-disciplinary execution.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure design excellence, craftsmanship, and compliance with global best practices in safety and luxury.

- Innovation & Sustainability: Incorporate smart home technologies, green building strategies, and future-ready design solutions.

- Understand the project landscape:

Review of BOQs, review design packages, involving in RFQs, monitoring and tracking RFIs and technical assessment
