- Interact with patients who call regarding queries related to appointment booking,online consultations, and online medicine orders.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Guide patients with appropriate solutions and information regarding treatments and services.
- Support patients through the consultation and medicine ordering process.
- Ensure conversion through outbound sales while maintaining a patient-firstapproach.
- Maintain explicit communication and follow-up with patients when required.
