Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional to manage Gaj Retreat’s digital presence, increase brand visibility, and generate bookings through effective online marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

- Manage all social media platforms.
- Plan and publish engaging content.
- Create monthly content calendars.
- Coordinate with the design and content team.
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Manage YouTube Ads campaigns.




- Perform on-page and off-page SEO.
- Improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO (on-page and off-page).
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Robust communication and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
