- Data Research & Scraping: Identify key decision-makers, gather contact details (emails, phone numbers), and build high-quality prospect databases.
- Prospect Outreach: Initiate the first point of contact through cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, or cold calls.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads based on company criteria (e.g., budget, authority, need) to ensure only viable prospects are passed to the sales team.
- Pipeline Management: Track, update, and maintain lead status accurately using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Campaign Tracking: Monitor key metrics such as email open rates, response rates, and overall lead volume.
