Key Skills Required:

- Design and develop electrical circuits, control panels, schematics, and wiring diagrams for custom machinery.
- Select and size electrical components (motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, breakers, switches, safety components, etc.).
- Develop control system architecture for automated machinery.
- Integrate PLCs, HMIs, motion controllers, VFDs, servos, robotics, and safety systems.
- Collaborate with software/controls engineers on PLC/HMI programming requirements and implementation.
- Work closely with mechanical engineering to ensure seamless integration.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode analysis.
- Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, and project reports.
- Assist with installation, start-up, and commissioning at customer sites (as required).'
