Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious Business Development Intern who is eager to learn the fundamentals of sales, client acquisition, and business growth. You will work closely with the leadership team to identify business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships, and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential clients, developers, and business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead information.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Assist in developing business growth strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.




- Track sales pipeline and prepare weekly progress reports.
- Support senior management during client meetings and negotiations.
- Achieve assigned outreach and lead generation targets.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and email.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
