Role Overview
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the spa branch, ensuring an excellent customer experience, leading the team, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day spa operations
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
- Monitor bookings, sales, and membership conversions
- Supervise therapists and front office staff
- Maintain hygiene, ambience, and service quality
- Track branch expenses and submit reports
Requirements
✔ 3–5 years experience in spa/wellness / salon / hospitality management
✔ Solid leadership and team management skills
✔ Good communication and customer service ability
✔ Experience in managing sales targets and branch performance
