We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Jr. Baker to join our dynamic kitchen team and assist in delivering top-tier sandwiches while maintaining the highest hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Chef & Kitchen Team: Support the preparation and execution of the deli menu, including ingredient prep, sandwich assembly, and quality control.
- Food Preparation: Chop, slice, and portion fresh ingredients, ensuring consistency and efficiency in production.
- Hygiene & Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen at all times, adhering to food safety standards and FSSAI regulations.
- Stock Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries,



and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow health and safety protocols, including allergen management and secure food handling procedures.
- Multitasking & Adaptability: Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, assisting in various kitchen tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Jr. Baker or Bakery Assistant in a café, deli, or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential.
- Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions from senior chefs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Ability to handle a fast-paced work workplace with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
