Job Description – Content Development Executive (Learning & Development)

Department: Learning & Development (Corporate HQ)
Location: Head Office

Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Development Executive to support the Learning & Development team in creating engaging training content for various departments across our IVF centers.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop PowerPoint presentations for training programs.
- Create training manuals, SOPs, assessments, quizzes, and learning materials.
- Design basic e-learning content and upload courses on the LMS.
- Improve the visual appeal of existing training content using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gamma, Copilot, etc.) to create innovative and engaging learning content.
- Research the latest trends in instructional design, AI, and healthcare learning.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to develop accurate training content.
- Ensure training materials are updated and organized.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gamma, or Microsoft Copilot.




- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn current AI tools and content development techniques.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline (Education, Life Sciences, Healthcare, English, or related field preferred).

Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in Content Development, Training, L&D;, or Instructional Design.
- Freshers with excellent presentation and AI skills are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Candidate

- Creative and proactive.
- Quick learner with an interest in AI and digital learning.
- Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
