Job Summary

The Computer Operator will be responsible for creating, editing, formatting, and maintaining academic content such as notes, DPPs (Daily Practice Problems), worksheets, PPTs, solutions, question papers, answer keys, and other educational resources. The role also includes managing print-on-demand requirements, ensuring high-quality formatting, and maintaining organized digital records.

Responsibilities:

- Create and format academic documents, PDFs, worksheets, and presentations.
- Prepare print-ready and digital content.
- Manage print files and document quality.
- Maintain organized digital records and content libraries.
- Update academic resources on internal systems and websites.
- Coordinate with teachers and content teams.
- Perform quality checks before publishing or printing.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in computer operations, documentation, or content management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Good typing speed and document formatting skills.
- Experience with PDFs, file management, and document conversion.




- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in the education or EdTech industry.
- Knowledge of CBSE content and academic formatting.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Acrobat, WordPress, or LMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini Grok.
