Qualification:

- B.M.E. / B.A.Sc. /B. Tech / B. Eng. / B.Arch.




- Engineering Background with live site experience in Interior field handling turnkey fit outs for Commercial & Residential projects. Candidate should have handled at least one project of 50,000 sq. ft. carpet area or above.

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with the internal teams like design dept, purchase dept, store/warehouse dept. and logistics dept. for a thorough co-ordination and tracking of each project to ensure materials being ordered on time as per project schedule and also timely and quality delivery of material to site.
- Inspect that all material that has been ordered and received on site is as per acceptable standard and as per BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
- To oversee the entire production process and ensure materials is ready for dispatch as per project schedule.
- To be the face of the company on site and handle/resolve all issues that may arise and liaise with the Client, PMC & Vendors.
