Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to counsel students and convert leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students over phone regarding educational programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Provide an excellent counselling experience to students and parents.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales/Admission Counselling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.




- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and counselling.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Job Details

- Working Days: 6 Days a Week
- Week Off: Rotational
- Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office
