Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and team coordination. The role ensures productive handling of materials, accurate stock records, and timely dispatch/receipt of goods while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability of materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the system
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification
- Coordinate with purchase team for replenishment

Store Operations

- Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials
- Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage conditions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable

Team Supervision

- Guide and monitor store assistants/helpers




- Allocate daily tasks and ensure timely completion
- Train new staff on store procedures

Documentation & Compliance

- Maintain GRN, issue notes, and stock registers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Coordinate with accounts for inventory reconciliation

Coordination

- Work closely with procurement, operations, and project teams
- Support urgent material requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in relevant field
- 1- 3 years of experience in store or warehouse supervision
- Knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,994.93 - ₹35,000.00 per month
