Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Intern – Talent Acquisition to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various roles. This internship provides hands-on experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle, making it an excellent opportunity for students and fresh graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Assist in onboarding activities for selected candidates.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.
Pay: ₹500.00 per month
