- Provide on-ground support for the smooth execution of organisational activities, events, and community initiatives.
- Conduct pre-event field visits to schools, colleges, and activity venues to assess site readiness and requirements.
- Identify and report logistical, transportation, operational, and safety requirements to the organising team.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, volunteers, and venue representatives to ensure seamless event arrangements.
- Submit timely field visit reports with observations, recommendations, and supporting documentation where required.
- Share post-activity feedback, highlight challenges, and recommend improvements to enhance future planning and execution.
