Job Description – Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor / Project Engineer (HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical)

Position: Interior Designer cum Site Supervisor / Project Engineer (MEP)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Location: As per Project Requirement

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare interior design concepts, space planning, layout drawings, 2D/3D designs, and material specifications.
- Execute and supervise interior fit-out, civil, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works at site.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and prepare material requisitions and cost estimates.
- Monitor project progress, labour deployment, subcontractors, and ensure timely completion within approved schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with approved drawings and safety standards.
- Resolve site-related technical and design issues with effective coordination among all stakeholders.
- Plan and monitor procurement, delivery, and installation of project materials and equipment.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and final project handover.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly progress reports and maintain project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
- Attend client meetings, provide project updates, and maintain professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel to different project locations as required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management in the interest of the organization.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out and MEP Project Execution.
- Robust knowledge of Interior Design, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil & Finishing Works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, BOQ preparation, estimation, and project coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel to project sites whenever required.

Preference will be given to candidates having experience in Hospitality, Commercial, Residential, and High-End Interior Projects.

Note : Salary: No Bar for the Right Candidate (Based on Experience).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
