We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HVAC Technician with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to join our technical team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex HVAC systems, with a strong focus on TAC (Temperature/Total Air Conditioning) systems and PAHUs (Primary Air Handling Units). You will ensure optimal system performance, air quality, and temperature/humidity controls across commercial or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- TAC Operations: Monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot TAC systems to maintain precise indoor climate conditions, air filtration, and humidity levels.
- PAHU Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on PAHUs (Primary Air Handling Units) and related fresh-air ventilation setups.
- Component Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in compressor units, condenser coils, VFD panels, fan motors, dampers, and control valves.
- Air Quality Management: Clean and replace filters (pre-filters, HEPA, etc.), inspect drainage systems, and ensure optimal airflow to maximize system efficiency.
- BMS Coordination: Read and interpret BMS (Building Management System) readings to coordinate airflow adjustments and resolve system alarms quickly.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to environment, health,



and safety (EHS) guidelines while performing on-site maintenance tasks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education (Any one of the following):
- BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering.
- ITI in Mechanic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (MRAC) or Electrician (ITI-E).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician, specifically working with TAC and PAHU setups.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, psychrometrics, and air distribution.
- In-depth knowledge of PAHU operations (handling 100% fresh outdoor air, dehumidification, and heat-pipe integration).
- Practical electrical troubleshooting skills (wiring, sensory devices, control panels, VFDs).
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute within Mumbai.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work in shifts, solid problem-solving capabilities, and a collaborative team attitude.
