Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative tasks while gaining practical exposure to HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist in attendance and leave record management.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR reports and update recruitment trackers.
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks.

Eligibility

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Good verbal and written English communication.
