We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to manage task tracking, coordinate across teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on tasks across departments.
- Coordinate with Delivery, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Collect, verify, and share accurate task updates.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain trackers.
- Ensure timely execution and escalate delays when required.
Key Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent task tracking and follow-up ability.
- Ability to collect, verify, and provide clear task updates.
- Confidence in coordinating with Delivery, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
- High ownership, discipline, and attention to detail.
- Freshers with solid potential may apply.
