Job Title: Sales Executive – Power Weeder / Agricultural Machinery

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling power weeders and other agricultural machinery to farmers, dealers, and distributors. The role requires strong field involvement, customer interaction, and achieving sales targets in rural and semi-urban markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell power weeders and agricultural equipment
- Identify potential customers (farmers, dealers, agri shops)
- Conduct field visits, demos, and product trials
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers
- Develop dealer network and maintain relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Collect market feedback and competitor information
- Coordinate with service team for after-sales support
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer data
- Participate in agri exhibitions, field events, and campaigns

Required Skills:





- Valuable communication skills (Tamil & basic English)
- Strong field sales and negotiation ability
- Basic technical knowledge of agricultural machinery
- Ability to handle farmers and rural customers
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Educational Qualification:

- BE Agriculture / B.Tech Agriculture (Preferred)
- BE Mechanical
- MBA (Marketing)

Experience:

- Fresher or 1–3 years experience in agri equipment / automobile / field sales

Salary & Benefits:

- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA/DA)
