Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care in collaboration with our medical team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a hospital setting and be adept at managing both routine and urgent medical situations. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital setting, and will assist urologists in providing high-quality patient care, supporting clinical procedures, and ensuring smooth departmental operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist Urologists during OPD consultations, ward rounds, and minor procedures.
- Perform initial patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings accurately in medical records.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient management.
- Coordinate diagnostic investigations, laboratory tests, and imaging as advised by the consultant.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medications, and post-procedure care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.




- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Follow hospital policies, infection control protocols, and NABH standards.
- Participate in emergency care and other clinical duties as assigned.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Physician Assistant (B.Sc. Physician Assistant) or equivalent.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a hospital (Urology experience preferred).
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR/HIS) is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of urological diseases and treatment protocols.
- Ability to assist in minor procedures and patient counseling.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Team player with a patient-centric approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
