Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate Job Cards (Repair Orders).
- Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections and explain observations to customers.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians for diagnosis and repairs.
- Prepare repair estimates and obtain customer approval before work begins.
- Follow up on repair progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Recommend preventive maintenance, accessories, and value-added services.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles after quality inspection.
- Explain completed work, invoices, and maintenance recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain complete service records in the DMS/CRM system.
- Achieve service, labor, and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
