Job Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, import/export coordination, customs documentation, logistics, E-Way Bill generation on Government Portal, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage procurement of raw materials, machinery, consumables and services.
- Develop vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, issue purchase orders and track deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality and Accounts.
- Coordinate import/export shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and CHA.
- Prepare and verify Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, AWB, Certificate of Origin and related documents.
- Ensure customs clearance and compliance with DGFT/customs regulations.-




- Generate and manage E-Way Bills on the Government Portal.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation; monitor freight costs.
- Maintain purchase records, MIS reports and inventory planning.

Skills:

Procurement, Vendor Management, Negotiation, Customs, Import & Export, Logistics, E-Way Bill, GST, ERP/Zoho/SAP/Tally, MS Excel.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree. 2–5 years of relevant experience. Manufacturing/Gems & Jewellery preferred

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
